McLean County Diversity Project Retreat

April 16, 2013

This weekend I had the pleasure of facilitating a weekend of workshops for the McLean County Diversity Project. 24 Scholars examined diversity, inclusion and workplace discrimination through a series of activities, dialogue and lecture. We explored racism, sexism, ageism, heterosexism, ableism and classism through an intersectional lens. I am still wiped out! Check out a few pictures from our weekend. If these young people are an indication of our future, we are in good hands.DSC00994 DSC00999 DSC01000 DSC01001 DSC01018 DSC01019 DSC01024 DSC01026 DSC01028 DSC01030 DSC01031 DSC01050 DSC01054 DSC01055 DSC01057 DSC01076 DSC01083
