McLean County Diversity Project Retreat

This weekend I had the pleasure of facilitating a weekend of workshops for the McLean County Diversity Project. 24 Scholars examined diversity, inclusion and workplace discrimination through a series of activities, dialogue and lecture. We explored racism, sexism, ageism, heterosexism, ableism and classism through an intersectional lens. I am still wiped out!
